Websites were built for everyone ,not only for normal people ,but also for the disability people. But in fact, as the disability people who live in the new and developing era , they maybe have low vision or color blind , and smart phones and computers are important media to enrich their lives. With the help of screen reading software, they can also “Browse” web pages and use mobile apps. However, due to many reasons, such as enterprises, the website designers do not pay attention to, people with visual impairment often can not enjoy the convenience of the intelligent era, and fall into the dilemma of Internet application rights and interests blocked. In the life of visually impaired people, in addition to reading needs, the demand for Internet applications is more urgent.

And nowadays, in order to attract users, most applications use a large number of graphics and vivid images, which greatly increases the difficulty of using the visually impaired. And maybe they know how the website colorful, but they just can see a few color in their world. Then, the other type of disability people, even if they can use the keyboard to open the website they want, they can good at use it, but many basic operations require the mouse to click. Obviously, it is unfair to them ,each them should get the respect and importance from this.

And what methods can improve this problem? Firstly, I think government and enterprise need to increase financial support for the construction of “information accessibility”. For the costs of debugging, code processing, technology upgrading, etc. invested in the realization of “information accessibility” in the development of electronic products and websites by various companies, the employment security fund for the disabled will provide special support, and encourage and support the electronic products and application software to benefit the visually impaired. And secondly, people in the society need to improve the social attention to the Internet application of the visually impaired. Practice has proved that Internet technology can greatly expand the employment channels of visually impaired people, such as operating online stores and speed recorders. It is suggested that the disabled federations at all levels should further popularize the computer training courses for the blind and help the visually impaired to learn computer operation.

In conclusion, I hope that the disabled can get the protection and rights they deserve. They are also the people who live with us. They need more care and attention
